Distribution strategies for small artist publications

I want the newspaper to be easy to encounter: galleries, studios, and community shelves. Distribution is part of the artwork’s life, not an afterthought.

The plan is to keep runs modest, place them intentionally, and track where each issue travels so the archive retains a sense of place.
